Our marketing and promotional material storage & distribution service is a major boon to organisations that produce a wide range of marketing materials and/or have a range of locations across the UK where materials are required.
Once items have been printed, either by ourselves or another supplier, we are able to store them in our storage and distribution centre.
The storage and distribution centre is supported by an online client service centre (CSC) where clients can go online, view images of items, view stock levels and distribute materials to their various premises around the U.K.
There is also sophisticated historical reporting that enables managers to see who had what, when and where and how much it cost.
This is an extremely useful service for clients who have offices or retail outlets in multiple locations because it frees up their own storage space and enables them to have better control over their printed stock.
When a regional office or branch is low on stock they simply go online, select the items and quantities they want to receive and click send. An email can then be automatically generated to their line manager asking to approve the order. Once approved the stock is picked, packed and shipped.
This system is currently used by a number of major brands to store and distribute corporate literature, point of sale items, branded promotional goods and branded staff clothing. All of which we would have designed, produced, sourced or managed for the client.
Our storage and distribution facility is geographically well placed to serve both the north and south of the country using our own delivery vehicles. Other areas are covered by reputable national and international carriers.
